Where we work

Supports in every state and territory

Our NDIS registration covers supports throughout Australia. From capital cities to regional towns, we build your team where you live.

Getting started

From first call to first visit

Participants, family members, support coordinators and local area coordinators can all refer. Here's what happens next.

  1. Talk to us

Call, text or send a referral. Tell us a little about what you need.

  2. Meet and plan

We meet you at home, online or wherever suits, and learn your goals.

  3. Agree in writing

A plain-language service agreement and a risk assessment, done with you.

  4. Choose your team

Meet workers before support starts. Ask for a change any time.

  5. Support starts

Your team follows your plan, keeps clear notes and keeps you informed.

  6. Check in and review

A supervisor checks in with you directly, and supports change as you do.

Safety and your rights

Safe support, especially if you live alone

When one worker supports someone who lives alone, extra checks matter. These commitments are built into how we work.

Choice and control

You decide what support looks like and who provides it.

Zero tolerance of abuse

Every concern is recorded and acted on. Reportable incidents go to the NDIS Commission.

Your information stays private

We collect only what we need, and store it securely.

Advocates welcome

Bring family, a friend or an independent advocate to any meeting.

Not happy with your support?

Tell us first if you can. We'll listen and put it right, and you'll never lose support for speaking up. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.

If you live alone and one worker supports you

These protections are in place before support starts.

  • We assess risks with you first, and give you a copy of the assessment.
  • Your service agreement explains how your worker is chosen, and your say in it.
  • Someone other than your worker checks with you directly that you're happy.
  • A supervisor visits your home to oversee support in person.
  • We talk with you face to face at home, not only by phone or video.
  • We work with your other providers so nothing falls through the gaps.
  • We update your assessment whenever your circumstances change.

Do I need an NDIS plan to get support?

To use NDIS funding, yes. If you're still applying or waiting for a plan, call us anyway. We can talk through your options and what to expect.

Yes. You can meet workers before support starts, tell us what matters to you in a worker, and ask for a change at any time.

What does being a registered provider mean?

Registered providers are approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. It also means people with NDIA-managed funding can use our services.
